01 Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
The design and carving will remain consistent, while the natural stone may vary in colour, veining, texture and pattern. Every piece carries its own natural character.
02 Is every piece unique?
Yes. Every Realza piece is made from natural stone, making each one one of one.
03 Is the stone natural?
Yes. Our products are made from natural stone.
04 Are the products handmade?
Our pieces are precision-carved using CNC technology and then carefully hand-finished.
05 Are the products waterproof?
Waterproofing will be specified on each individual product page.
06 Can I return a product because the stone looks different?
Natural variations are an inherent characteristic of natural stone and are not considered defects.
07 What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact Realza with photographs/videos of the package and product so our team can review the damage and assist accordingly.
08 How are Realza products packaged?
Each piece is carefully protected and packaged for transportation.
